This role sits within the Building Bridges employment programme, delivering needs assessments and personalised engagement plans to help adults 18+ and 16-24s overcome barriers to education and work.
The post holder will conduct one-to-one support and a range of group activities to boost confidence, resilience and progression into training, education or employment.
