The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We're looking for a Head of Finance with strong financial and accounting experience to drive financial strategy, ensure robust financial management, and provide clear insight to support decision-making across all areas of activity, including events, lettings, and fundraising. This role is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of finance within a £1.3m turnover charity and will sit on the small Senior Leadership team.

The leadership team has been recently reinvigorated with the new appointments of Sarah Robertson (Executive Director) and Daniel Clark (Artistic Director). WMC will be changing and growing quickly over the next few years – with exciting developments, new music and artistic change – it’s a prime opportunity to get involved and be part of making meaningful change.
