About the role
The Graduate Marketing Executive role offers an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join the fast-paced world of Consumer Marketing with the successful and ambitious Wiltshire Farm Foods. Joining a team of 16 Marketers, with a history of good career progression from graduate level, you will get the unique opportunity to experience all areas of consumer Marketing.
Offering a full grounding across the Marketing mix, you will spend time learning how we attract new customers through traditional offline above the line channels, including TV advertising, Press, and Direct Mail, as well as working with our digital marketing team on the website, app and social channels. You will experience the significance of customer base marketing, learning how we retain our customers and keep them engaged through personalised, targeted activity. You will also spend time with our production team, learning the importance of design, copywriting, content and print. Understanding our customers sits at the heart of our business strategy and you will experience this directly by meeting and talking to our customers. You will also be expected to work closely with our in-house data and analytics team, spotting trends and opportunities, using these insights to make recommendations to further our Marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Helping execute national acquisition campaigns, delivering against our new prospect targets
- Working hand in hand with our local depot teams, offering Marketing support for their local growth targets
- Working on campaigns designed to nurture our customers through the nursery journey to ensure they stay loyal to us
- Delivering customer engagement activity to ensure retention of our loyal customers
- Working with our digital and social agencies on campaigns to both deliver new prospects and drive existing customer engagement
- Helping plan and support large events across the country.
Qualifications/Personal Qualities
Essential:
- You will have graduated or be studying towards a degree in marketing or business discipline, with an expectation that you will receive a 2:2 or above graduating on or before August 2024
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task
- Relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes managing multiple projects
Desirable:
- Some relevant work experience via placement year or work experience
- Basic InDesign / Photoshop skills
