We are looking for an exceptional Retail Sales and Operations Manager to lead our team in South Devon. The successful candidate will be a self‐starter with a can‐do attitude, a proactive and positive outlook, and an exceptional passion for delivering customer service and WFF's unique 'good fashioned service' ethic.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the territory, managing it as your own business and ensuring outstanding results through national support and local relationships.
- Lead and empower the frontline team to delight customers with excellent service, support and enable them to excel.
- Develop and support the team to discuss food knowledgeably and with passion.
- Create an environment where team members respect and support each other, encouraging the best for both customers and colleagues.
- Prioritise the health and safety of all team members above all else.
- Deliver the agreed target for Cost of Local Distribution (COLD), focusing on labour, vehicle, depot and local marketing costs and reviewing performance monthly with the Regional Manager.
- Achieve agreed sales targets by implementing national and local campaigns, executing all CRM activities, and driving local growth initiatives such as sheltered housing and CSA training.
- Engage with the local community including appropriate organisations, local hospitals and healthcare professionals to support further sales growth.

- Hold a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years.
