As an SAP EWM Analyst at apetito, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) primarily focused on SAP EWM at our Portbury Distribution Centre and Trowbridge Production Facility. You will also possess a high-level understanding of other supply chain modules.
Initially, your project work will include leading the design and implementation of SAP EWM at both our new Portbury Distribution Centre and Trowbridge Production Facility, as well as transitioning our existing production from an SAP WM environment to SAP EWM. This will involve developing new solutions and enhancing existing processes. You will be engaged in every phase of the project, from kick-off through to delivery and handover to support.
Working closely with the business, you will be responsible for understanding, translating, and delivering requirements related to the SAP EWM module. This role will be predominantly based at our Portbury office, BS20, with occasion to work in our Trowbridge head office. Some flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week (operations permitting).
Responsibilities:- SME for SAP EWM within apetito UK
- Recording business requirements, analysing current processes and developing future processes according to SAP best practice and the business needs.
- Implementation of customising as well as coordination and control of external consultants.
- Perform functional, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Provide technical and end user documentation.
- Ensuring a stable system landscape and providing 3rd line support.
- Provide Cutover/Go Live support and the smooth transition to routine operations.
- Co-design and support of the SAP S/4 Hana roadmap and implementation.
- 2+ years of experience (EWM, WM, LE).
- Experience of an SAP EWM implementation.
- Experience in SAP ECC6 or S/4 Hana.
- Good understanding of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes.
- Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc.
- Sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM.
- Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration.
- Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Experience in data migration.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- High level of motivation, reliability and self-organisation.
- SAP EWM Certification.
- Knowledge about implementing Labour Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM.
- Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design.
- Experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services).
- Knowledge about SAP TM would be an advantage.
- Strong cross-functional SAP knowledge.
- German language is an advantage.
