Adult Community Team – Inspiring Independence, Nurturing Wellbeing
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to work within the Advice and Contact Team who shares our passion for the community and takes pride in their work. This is an excellent opportunity to develop both personally and professionally, whether you are newly qualified or looking for a change and are interested in the work we do.
You will be part of a supportive and established team, developing a service that has a culture that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do. This is a fast paced, high performing team who look at prevention and supporting our customers of Wiltshire. You will have a varied caseload and manage OT workstreams and referrals that come into the team, and as part of our preceptorship model you will receive regular supervision and support.
You will need to hold a professional qualification in Occupational Therapy or have a qualification pending. We are looking for someone who uses creativity, independent analysis and judgement to support individuals to meet agreed outcomes, and is passionate about adapting an individual’s environment to improve independence and quality of life.
