Salary: £13.90 per hour

Additional payment: plus 10% extra for qualifying unsocial hours (evenings, weekends, bank holidays) £15.29 per hour

Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team - Helping People Stay Safe, Supported and Independent

Join our compassionate team helping people stay safe, supported, and independent in their homes - preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.

What you will do

  • Respond to urgent care and Telecare alerts
  • Provide personal care, meal prep, and emergency support
  • Travel across Wiltshire delivering timely, empathetic care
  • Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Understanding of elderly or disabled people's needs
  • No formal qualifications needed - we will support you to complete the Care Certificate
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
