Wiltshire Council is seeking an exceptional leader to join our Corporate Leadership Team as Corporate Director of Place. This is your opportunity to shape the future of Wiltshire by driving innovation, influencing policy, and delivering services that strengthen communities, grow our local economy, and protect our outstanding environment.
You will lead major functions including highways and transport, planning, economy and regeneration, waste and environmental services, leisure, culture, and community development, managing significant budgets and high‑profile projects. Your work will be central to achieving our priorities: enhancing and protecting our environment, building homes and infrastructure fit for our communities, well maintained and safer roads, and building safe and resilient communities across Wiltshire’s towns and rural areas.
