Are you enthusiastic about fitness and eager to spread the joy of movement? Join our team as a Class Instructor to inspire others on their path to enhanced well-being and happiness.
As a Class Instructor, you will be teaching safe, fun, and effective exercise classes, as well as helping customers with their queries regarding their fitness goals. Further responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging workouts
- Supporting participants of all fitness levels
- Fostering a positive and inclusive environment
We are seeking qualified fitness instructors with a passion for exercise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with participants on a personal level. We welcome applications from instructors across a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to:
- Exercise to Music
- Les Mills programs
- Group Cycling
- Pilates
- Dance-based fitness
- Functional fitness
- Or something a little different that brings energy and variety to our timetable!
As a casual worker, you'll have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.

This position comes with a 10% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
