We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a CPLI Team Lead to join our Commissioning Services Team! Our team is responsible for ensuring that high-quality insight, intelligence, and performance information drives strategic decision-making across Commissioning. We work closely with Operational, Commissioning and Brokerage colleagues to provide robust analytical support, ensuring that data, evidence, and market understanding shape the delivery of sustainable, person-centred services.
As a CPLI Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day management of CPLI Officers, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and meaningful payments to our stakeholders, including providers, partners, and commissioned services. You will play a key role in ensuring financial assurance, payment accuracy, and strong commercial oversight across a complex commissioning landscape.
We are looking for someone who holds a degree in a related field or with equivalent experience in a related discipline. Our ideal candidate will also hold or be willing to work towards a professional leadership and management qualification such as CMI Level 5. You should have proven experience in financial specialist knowledge, as well as an understanding of Commercial within the Commissioning cycle. The ideal candidate will excel in managing workload priorities under pressure, possess excellent ICT and data system skills, and be able to accurately and efficiently assess new information seamlessly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking leader to support evidence-led, financially robust commissioning and to help deliver meaningful and sustainable outcomes across the organisation.
