We are looking for an experienced, passionate Social Worker who is committed to safeguarding children and supporting families to achieve lasting, positive change through confident, relationship-based practice. You will join a well-established Family & Children's Support and Safeguarding Service that is focused on prevention, protection and helping families thrive.

In this role, you will hold case responsibility for children in need, children subject to child protection plans and, depending on the team, children in care. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Completing assessments and statutory enquiries
- Developing and reviewing robust care plans
- Engaging directly with children and families
- Chairing or contributing to multi-agency meetings
- Preparing high-quality reports
- Maintaining accurate electronic records
All while working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes. You will be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with strong knowledge of relevant legislation, child development and safeguarding practice, and experience of working with vulnerable children and families in complex situations.
