  • Manage a varied caseload, including challenging cases, and provide guidance to colleagues.
  • Recommend and oversee home adaptations and specialist equipment.
  • Deliver professional supervision and support to team members.
  • Work collaboratively with health professionals, voluntary sector partners, and families.
  • Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met in line with legislation and local policy.

About You

We are looking for a qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with:

  • At least 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of health, housing, and social care legislation.
  • Expertise in reablement, moving and handling assessments, and adaptations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to travel across Wiltshire and occasionally work outside standard hours.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to promoting independence.
  • Access to ongoing professional development and training.
  • Make a tangible impact on people's lives every day.

Additional Requirements:
