Our Adult Community Team North is a dynamic, supportive group of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and Social Care Practitioners. Together, we cover the beautiful North Wiltshire area, working with adults aged 18+ to promote independence, prevent crises, and create tailored plans that truly enhance wellbeing.
We\βre passionate about local, sustainable solutions and proactive interventions that make a lasting impact. You\βll have the opportunity to work closely with multiple partners, explore innovative approaches, and help shape services that put people first.
To join us, you need to be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England and have completed your ASYE, as we cannot support ASYE for this role. You\βll bring strong communication skills and up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and the Health and Social Care policy context.
