All about the role: We are looking for someone who:
- Is 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
- Has their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce.
- Has at least 2 years of experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people.
- Has a valid manual driving license.
What will I do as a Senior Residential Support Worker? Compass Homes are built around accepting a child as they are in a non-judgemental way. You will teach them to build self-esteem and accept themselves, helping their journey into adulthood.
