In this pivotal position, you will serve as the crucial link between managers, Heads of Service, and Directors, understanding their specific data requirements and delivering accurate, consistent reports, and insights. Your daily responsibilities will involve seamless collaboration with Corporate ICT, the Programme Office, and key partner agencies, contributing to our Corporate Business Intelligence program.
We're interested in hearing from experienced individuals with a background in SQL, SSRS, proficiency in delivering Adult Services statutory returns (e.g., SALT, ASCOF), knowledge of case management/financial activities in ContrOCC System and system outputs across Adult Services. Familiarity with Power BI and experience in data exchange with the NHS, combined with a strong grasp of placement and care package data, are advantageous.
Confidence is key as you take charge of collecting, validating, and disseminating complex data within the adults, commissioning, and finance domains. Your ability to communicate findings to senior management and address challenges with a constructive, solution-oriented mindset is critical.
