• Have a proven track record in school leadership, management, or school improvement.
• Be an experienced, engaging classroom practitioner with an excellent teaching skillset and a desire to make a real difference to children\’s lives.
• Lead, manage and motivate staff and pupils.
• Be able to easily build a rapport with children, parents, governors, and the local authority.
