Our skills and experience are highly valued with the local authority, and we are excited to be central to the local authority's developing Experts at Hand model and Wiltshire's commitment to supporting inclusive practice. As a team, we work within a collaborative and dynamic environment, and Educational Psychologists engage with peers, trainees, and assistant psychologists, as well as colleagues across a range of teams in education, health, and social care.
Educational Psychologists work on a patch basis, serving as a link to a selection of schools, as well as playing a vital role within Wiltshire's SEND and Inclusion service, offering diverse services, actively participating in decision-making processes and contributing to county-wide initiatives. With connections to Southampton and Bristol Doctoral programmes, we provide ongoing opportunities for trainee supervision.
