Join our Reablement Team and help people regain mobility, confidence, and independence after illness, injury, or hospital discharge.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with a wide range of conditions neurological (e.g. stroke, Parkinson’s), musculoskeletal (e.g. arthritis, fractures)
- Support patients in their homes and community settings
- Assess, treat, and adapt personalised care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Uphold safeguarding and clinical standards
What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Physiotherapy + HCPC registration
- 2+ years post-qualifying experience
- Ability to travel across Wiltshire
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- A proactive, compassionate approach
