Join our Reablement Team and help people regain mobility, confidence, and independence after illness, injury, or hospital discharge.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with a wide range of conditions neurological (e.g. stroke, Parkinson’s), musculoskeletal (e.g. arthritis, fractures)
  • Support patients in their homes and community settings
  • Assess, treat, and adapt personalised care plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Uphold safeguarding and clinical standards

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy + HCPC registration
  • 2+ years post-qualifying experience
  • Ability to travel across Wiltshire
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, compassionate approach
