We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated Pastoral Manager to join the Matravers family. Pastoral Managers are a key part of our pastoral system, working collaboratively with a team of Progress Leaders and under the guidance of a Senior Pastoral Manager and Senior Leaders. You will build positive relationships with pupils and families, offer steady support when it’s needed most, and help remove any barriers that might prevent pupils from learning well and feeling confident in school.
