Part Time Music Teacher - Durrington, Wiltshire, United Kingdom

Salary: Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale

Hours of work: 0.2 FTE: 08.20am – 2.50pm on Thursday or Friday negotiable.

Contract type: Maternity cover for Term 1 and Term 2 starting in September 2026.

A bit about us: There is an exciting opportunity to join our thriving school. At Durrington Junior, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced teacher of Music, who would like to join our school on a maternity cover basis for term one and term two. We are looking for someone who shares our values of truth, kindness and respect, and wants to make a difference to children’s lives. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to play instruments.

This is a great opportunity to begin or further your career within a friendly, supportive staff team. Our forward-thinking village school is set on the edge of Salisbury Plain, close to the Stonehenge World Heritage Site. Tours of the school prior to application or closing date are most welcome.
