Job Description
Salary: Β£13.47 β Β£13.90 per hour (plus 10% unsocial hours)
Hours per week: 15, 22.5 & 37 hours available

Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team β Helping People Stay Safe, Supported and Independent
Join our compassionate team helping people stay safe, supported, and independent in their homes β preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.
What you will do
- Respond to urgent care and Telecare alerts
- Provide personal care, meal prep, and emergency support
- Travel across Wiltshire delivering timely, empathetic care
- Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Who we are looking for
- Caring, empathetic, and dependable
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Understanding of elderly or disabled people\βs needs
- No formal qualifications needed β we will support you to complete the Care Certificate
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
