Responsibilities
We’re looking for Lifeguards who are available on an ad-hoc basis covering existing staff absences. For any unsocial hours worked casual workers will receive an additional payment (at a rate of 10%) attached to their hourly rate.
Our lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring member safety and well-being.
Qualifications
To be considered for a casual Lifeguard position, you will need a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification and an understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
