Job Description
Salary: £31,537 pro rata (£16.35 per hour)
Hours of work: 24 hours per week, contracted over four days with the potential for additional hours. Term time only contract. There may be a requirement to work some INSETS.

All about the role:
Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), working towards HLTA status or at an equivalent level? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are excited to offer the right candidate the opportunity to be our new HTLA, working 24 contracted hours, over four days per week but with the option to pick up additional hours.
As an HLTA working under the direction and the agreed system of supervision of a qualified teacher, you will be supporting the planning, delivery and assessment of the learning activities. Your role will include delivering high-quality learning opportunities, mostly covering PPA time and will play a key role in advancing pupils\’ learning across the curriculum.
You will have a strong understanding of the HLTA standards, excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and promote the inclusion of all pupils.
