Salary: £44,845 - £46,992 (Inclusive of 12.5% market supplement)

Responsibilities

  • Complete assessments, design tailored reablement plans and guide individuals towards meaningful goals using your professional expertise.
  • Act as a trusted advisor within the team, offering guidance on equipment, safe practice and decision making.
  • Manage your own schedule and provide personalised support across a varied caseload in homes, hospitals and community settings.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvements across the service.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with at least two years post‑qualification experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
