Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, design tailored reablement plans and guide individuals towards meaningful goals using your professional expertise.
- Act as a trusted advisor within the team, offering guidance on equipment, safe practice and decision making.
- Manage your own schedule and provide personalised support across a varied caseload in homes, hospitals and community settings.
- Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvements across the service.
Qualifications
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with at least two years post‑qualification experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
