We are looking for a Senior Business Support Officer to join our Property & Support Business. This is an important role supporting the delivery of services that help people experiencing homelessness.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a service that makes a real difference in the community while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
You will provide a wide range of administrative, information processing and business support services to ensure the Service runs effectively. The role involves processing regular transactions using established procedures, completing routine and event-based tasks, and supporting ongoing processes across the service, including some specialist areas. You will respond to real time queries from colleagues and partners and provide clear and accurate advice on Council processes and procedures.
We are looking for someone with experience in an administrative or business support role who is organised, reliable and able to manage a varied workload. You will need strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the confidence to respond to queries and offer guidance. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
