We are looking to appoint a committed Nursery Room Leader to support the care and learning of 2- and 3-year-olds, working closely with the Nursery Teacher to plan engaging activities and lead a small team. The role involves ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment, while building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's early development, promoting curiosity, independence, and a love of learning through high-quality provision. You will also contribute to the day-to-day organisation of the setting, supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding at all times.
