Join our dynamic HR Case Advisory Team as a HR Assistant on a fixed term contract for 32 hours a week until 25 July 2027 and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of HR & OD functions.
Our HR case management teams provide expert HR advice to managers and schools, proactively resolving employee relations issues by interpreting employment law and internal policies, procedures and guidance. In this key role, you will advise managers on various HR issues and will serve as the first point of contact for the HR & OD advisory team. You will be part of a team responsible for managing and responding to queries on the HR Advisory inboxes, using initiative to solve queries or escalate them as needed.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant experience who thrives under pressure and is eager to learn. Our ideal candidate will have strong organisational and planning skills, along with experience in administration support or customer service.
