Through Our Wiltshire Plan, we are improving services for residents and communities while building a sustainable future, and we are recruiting two senior leaders to help shape the council’s direction and deliver lasting impact for residents.

Working with corporate directors as a member of the corporate leadership team, you will align priorities across the organisation by strengthening leadership, culture and workforce capability. You will lead our approach to data, digital and technology, using insight to improve decision-making and modernising how residents access and experience services.
