Little Barn is a brand-new family run nursery opening in January. Nestled in the beautiful countryside. Our setting is designed to feel like a warm, welcoming home-from-home nursery. With space for just 24 children each day and higher staff-to-child ratios than standard, we are creating an environment where children and educators alike can thrive.

We believe in giving our team time to breathe, reflect and reset which is why every day ends with paid reflection time, so you can close each day feeling supported, valued, and prepared for tomorrow.

With a strong emphasis on outdoor play and nature-based learning, we are looking for nurturing, loving, and passionate educators to help us create an inspiring and caring environment for our children.

All about the role:

As a Nursery Educator, you will:

  • Provide high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 05.
  • Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families.
  • Encourage curiosity and creativity through outdoor exploration and play-based learning.
  • Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team in a beautiful countryside setting.
  • Contribute ideas to shape our brand-new setting and bring our ethos to life.
  • Take part in daily reflection time with colleagues to reset, share, and grow together.
