If you are considering lifeguarding, our comprehensive training programs can open doors to management roles, NVQ apprenticeships and skill development opportunities. Our lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring member safety and well-being. We are looking for individuals to supervise pool and poolside activities who are available on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends. NPLQ holders receive priority for shortlisting. Non-NPLQ candidates may still be considered. Wiltshire Council may fund your NPLQ course, which you must complete within 3 months of starting, subject to swim test and course availability.
