We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced School Business Manager, or someone with relevant experience in business or industry, who would like to join our school. This is a great opportunity to begin or further your career within a friendly, supportive staff team.
All about the role: We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified or has experience as a school business manager, or has been in an equivalent financial planning and managing role
- Has a secure knowledge of health and safety, premises, risk, procurement, financial and asset management.
- Is well presented and articulate, with good communication skills;
- Has strong interpersonal skills and is able to communicate with a variety of pupils, staff, parents and governors
- Has good attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Is self-motivated dedicated and consistent;
- Has the ability to handle problems quickly and efficiently, and make effective decisions;
- Is a strong team player, who can use their own initiative;
- Has a positive and flexible attitude;
- Has sound IT skills, with preferably a knowledge of SIMS and FMS or other Management Information Software
