Salary: £13.47 - £13.90 per hour (plus 10% for qualifying unsocial hour shifts - evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team - Helping People Stay Safe, Supported and Independent

Join our compassionate team helping people stay safe, supported, and independent in their homes - preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.

What you will do:

  • Respond to urgent care and Telecare alerts
  • Provide personal care, meal prep, and emergency support
  • Travel across Wiltshire delivering timely, empathetic care
  • Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
