Are you passionate about swimming and skilled at motivating others? Consider joining our dedicated Aqualetes Swim School, which provides swimming lessons to over 12,000 adults and children in Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. We are looking for skilled individuals to join our team to help grow our already thriving programme.
Our Swim Coordinators are a vital part of our team. They lead a team of Instructors and Coaches to provide excellent Learn to Swim services to young people and/or adults with an aim to increase participation, increase membership numbers, provide a high level of customer satisfaction, and help to generate increased income from the programme of activities.
As a qualified Swim England Level 2 Aquatics teacher or level 1 willing to complete a level 2 course, you will have substantial experience of teaching swimming. You will put your knowledge into practice by providing developmental feedback, coaching, and mentoring to others. If you care about keeping kids and vulnerable adults safe, and you are good at organising and motivating others, we would love to hear from you.
