A bit about us: Our School is set in the beautiful village of Derry Hill, near Calne. We are a one form entry Primary School and children are at the heart of everything we do at Derry Hill. It is a place where children feel safe, happy and secure and where individuality is celebrated and strengths are recognised, encouraged and developed. We believe in creating an inclusive, caring ethos, strengthened by our core Christian values, where all children have equal opportunity to flourish and reach their full potential. We offer a rich, broad and balanced curriculum, which continually moves children's learning forward, whilst bringing a sense of excitement and wonder. Our extensive wider curriculum opportunities include our on-site forest school, engagement in sport competitions, mindfulness, music lessons and after school clubs.

All about the role: The Governors are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative teacher to join our friendly team. You must be able to demonstrate consistently high standards of teaching and learning. Early career teachers are welcome to apply. The post is for a permanent KS1 Class teacher to start in September 2026 once all relevant checks are completed.
