A bit about us: At Spurgeons, we're dedicated to giving every child the best start in life. In partnership with Wiltshire Council, we offer early years and family support across the county. Our local teams provide welcoming, inclusive spaces where parents and carers can access support, advice, and activities designed to strengthen families and nurture children’s development. From parenting courses and stay-and-play sessions to advice on childcare, health referrals, and employment opportunities, we wrap around families with practical help at every stage. Whether it’s in-person or online via our growing Digital Family Hub, everything we do is built on compassion, fairness, and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children. All about the role: This role is based at the Family Hub, County Hall, Trowbridge with travel to our other Family Hubs as required. We are looking for an organised, proactive and welcoming Admin Navigator to support the smooth running of our Family Hubs. You will be a key point of contact for families, visitors and professionals, ensuring they feel supported, informed and connected to the services they need.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to families visiting the hubs.
  • Respond to enquiries (in person, by phone and digitally) with clarity and empathy.
  • Register families and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and group sessions.
  • Support the team with general administration including documentation, minute‑taking, and communications.
  • Manage calendars, bookings, session registers and activity resources.
  • Produce marketing materials, activity packs and publications as needed.
  • Process and organise data to support reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, health.
