Role Overview

We are looking for an organised, customer‑focused Administration Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting others to deliver high‑quality services to the community. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling enquiries from the public, maintaining records and databases, processing memberships and bookings, supporting computerised leisure systems, assisting with financial and invoicing tasks, organising information, and producing accurate documentation and reports.
  • Support meetings, projects and service initiatives as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
