Safeguarding Vulnerable People Partnership (SVPP) – Safeguarding Communities A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Wiltshire Safeguarding Vulnerable People Partnership (SVPP) team as a Senior Partnership Lead and Childrens Safeguarding Lead. This post is an excellent opportunity to widen your experience of partnership and multiagency working, leading key projects and development areas relating to childrens safeguarding. The SVPP brings together the work of the childrens safeguarding partnership, the Safeguarding Adult Board, the Community Safety Partnership and safeguarding partners to collaborate to ensure we are effective in our safeguarding of children and adults. You will lead and manage a busy team that works to support the partnership. You will be a skilled, and proactive individual who can provide strategic support and leadership and drive forward the work of the SVPP. You will be required to network with partner agencies at a senior strategic and operational level and therefore experience of partnership working would be desirable. With the ability to influence strategic partners and forge effective relationships across the partnership you will support the development of effective safeguarding arrangements for vulnerable children and adults throughout Wiltshire.
