What You'll Do
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring and pastoral support to apprentices throughout their programmes
  • Act as a key point of contact, supporting apprentices with progress, motivation, and wellbeing
  • Monitor apprentice attendance, engagement, and progress, identifying support needs early
  • Work closely with employers, tutors, and assessors to ensure apprentices succeed
  • Support apprentices with study skills, employability, and personal development
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to learner reviews and action plans
