What We Offer- Salary: £25,304 rising to £25,835 per year, with opportunities for progression

What You'll Do- Provide one-to-one mentoring and pastoral support to apprentices throughout their programmes
- Act as a key point of contact, supporting apprentices with progress, motivation, and wellbeing
- Monitor apprentice attendance, engagement, and progress, identifying support needs early
- Work closely with employers, tutors, and assessors to ensure apprentices succeed
- Support apprentices with study skills, employability, and personal development
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to learner reviews and action plans
- Experience supporting learners, apprentices, or staff in education, training, or the workplace
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A supportive, organised, and learner-focused approach
- Confidence motivating individuals and helping them overcome barriers to success
- Relevant qualifications in education, training, coaching, or mentoring are desirable (or equivalent experience you're keen to develop further in an educational setting)
