What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver the Colleges business development, sales, and employer engagement strategy
  • Drive income growth across apprenticeships, commercial training, and funded provision
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, bids, and commercial opportunities
  • Build and convert employer relationships into long-term strategic partnerships
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales and business development team
  • Work collaboratively with curriculum leaders to ensure provision meets market and employer demand
  • Use market intelligence, data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and growth
