Job Type: Permanent, Part Time 30 Hours Per week, 52 weeks per year

The Role: Are you passionate about Automotive? Do you have industry experience or a background in Further Education? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you at Wiltshire College & University Centre! We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lecturer in Automotive to join the team at our Trowbridge campus. As a Lecturer in Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Level 1, 2 and 3 Automotive courses. Your real-world expertise and practical insights will be crucial in preparing our students for thriving careers in this fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:

You:
- Industry Expertise: Substantial experience in Automotive.
- Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to share your expertise and help others succeed. While a teaching qualification is desirable, your enthusiasm and ability to inspire students matter most; we can support you through your teaching qualification.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Further Education Experience: Experience in Further Education is desirable but not essential.
