What You'll Do
- Teach and assess learners across Agriculture programmes at a range of levels
- Deliver engaging practical, workshop, and classroom-based lessons
- Prepare students for employment, apprenticeships, and further study in the agricultural sector
- Support learners to develop practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours
- Maintain safe, well-equipped learning environments in line with industry and health & safety standards
- Contribute to course development and continuous improvement within the department
What You'll Bring
- A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Agriculture, Land-Based Studies, or a related discipline
- Strong hands-on experience within the agricultural industry
- Broad knowledge of modern agricultural practices, machinery, livestock, crops, or farm management
- Understanding of current industry standards, sustainability, and health & safety requirements
- A passion for developing others and sharing practical knowledge
- (Teaching or assessor qualifications are welcome but not essential. If you don't yet have one, we'll support you to gain it while you work.)
