What We Offer- Salary: £21,486 per year rising to £21,740 per year, pro rata of the FTE (Full time equivalent £24,619 rising to £24,910 per year)
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, Term Time Only 38 weeks

What You’ll Do- Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students
- Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence
- Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track
- Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom
- Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
- Experience working with learners or supporting individuals (education, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching - all welcome)
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed
- Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills
