Reporting to Head of Marketing and Communications
There's a remarkable amount happening across Wiltshire and Swindon, and we want more people to understand the part the Community Foundation plays in it.
We're looking for a brilliant Marketing and Communications Officer who wants to help us tell that story.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, you'll help bring our role as a connector to life, showing how connecting people, resources and knowledge makes more possible for local communities. You'll shine a light on local needs, champion the extraordinary work of our voluntary sector, inspire philanthropy and tell the stories of the people, organisations and partnerships making a difference across Wiltshire and Swindon.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who is curious about people and communities, has a real instinct for finding and telling stories, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging communications. You'll combine excellent writing skills with creativity, sound judgement and practical digital communications experience. You'll have the confidence and initiative to manage day-to-day activities, contribute ideas and take forward agreed projects.
You'll be joining a small, friendly team where you'll have the opportunity to make a real contribution, develop your skills and see the impact of your work. We offer hybrid working, with our office based in Devizes.
