We are seeking a committed and creative EYFS Teacher to join our Early Years team, starting 2nd June 2026. Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for your next challenge or an ECT ready to begin a career in SEN, this is a role where you'll shape lives and grow your own career in a supportive, purpose-driven team. This permanent role will be based at our Rowde campus, offering a safe, inspiring environment tailored to the needs of our youngest learners. Key Responsibilities:

  • This role is based at our Rowde campus.
  • Deliver high-quality early years teaching within a specialist SEND setting
  • Conduct home visits in Term 1 to establish strong relationships with pupils and families
  • Support children attending water confidence sessions in the onsite hydrotherapy pool
  • Utilise our extensive outdoor areas and work with school animals to enhance learning and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a shared team ethos
  • Foster an environment rich in sensory experiences and structured exploration
