Hours of work: Up to 37.5 hours per week, various contracts available. Shifts worked on a rota pattern and will include days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins. Additional payments of £70 for each sleep in.

All about the role: As a Support Worker for LD Home & Community working with people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs you will be expected to adopt a flexible and responsive approach to delivering high quality care. The role involves promoting independence, reducing social barriers and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. A strong commitment to a person-centred approach is essential, ensuring that each individual is supported in tasks such as maintaining a tenancy, cooking, household chores, personal care or activities while aiming to achieve goals and aspirations.
