We are excited to be expanding our Resource Base for children with Complex Needs, focusing on communication and interaction difficulties. Our KS2 Resource Base Class opened in September 2025, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our growing team.
All about the role: As a Resource Base Teaching Assistant, you will work with children who have complex communication and interaction needs. Your role will be to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, delivering tailored education programmes that meet the specific needs of each pupil. You will work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to support the holistic development of our pupils. You will be part of an extremely supportive staff team that collaborates closely to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
