Salary: £24,862.50 - £25,116.00 Per annum after probation

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week plus 1 contracted sleep per week on a flexible rota to include unsociable hours, bank holidays and every other weekend. Additional payments of £70 for each Sleep in.

All about the role: As a Support Worker you will provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues: all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

  • Experience of working with vulnerable young people is essential.
  • You should be happy working as part of a team or unsupervised and on your own initiative.
  • You should be flexible and able to move within houses as necessary to meet the needs of the service.
  • Car driver essential with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.
