As a Young Person Support Worker, you will provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues: all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

Experience of working with vulnerable young people is essential and you should be happy working as part of a team or unsupervised and on your own initiative. You should be flexible and able to move within houses as necessary to meet the needs of the service.

This is a very rewarding role: where you encourage independence, form trusted relationships and make a genuine difference in young people's lives every day.

Based in Chippenham covering other locations to meet the needs of the service. Car driver essential with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.
