Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week plus 1 contracted sleep per week on a flexible rota to include unsociable hours, bank holidays and every other weekend. Additional payments of £70 for each Sleep in.

The charity has expanded its services across the South West and Wales, supporting thousands of people every year.
As a Support Worker you will provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues: all allowing service users to work towards independent living.
Experience of working with vulnerable young people is essential and you should be happy working as part of a team or unsupervised and on your own initiative. You should be flexible and able to move within houses as necessary to meet the needs of the service. Car driver essential with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.
